To the world of art——Huiming Liu
刘慧明，汉族，天津市人，出生于1974年，自幼受家庭熏陶酷爱绘画艺术。师从父亲，有独道研究，十五岁后，遍访名师，曾经拜师于陈德胜老师，并函授于天津东方艺术学院，拜孙本长，韩文来，霍春阳，赵树松，马其昌为师钻研绘画艺术，愚钝未达慧心但亦有所长进。就学于天津美术学院，得益于各老师点拨，涉猎西洋画，受孙建平老师亲传。而后就学于天津师范大学，同年被南开大学推荐于北京林兴美术学院函授匪浅，受益颇深。近卅年笔耕不缀，墨海行帆，略有心得并勤于诗词歌赋，取意境于通达，绘笔端得情趣，临池创意可“双手书画”。并集“诗书画印”四为一体，求越王维之意，求达突破“四奇”之境。时不吾待以创新师造化，意趣天然。以艺术会名师良友，传中华民族之国粹为平生乐愿。
Liu Huiming, of the Han ethnicity, is from Tianjin. Born in 1974, he developed a deep passion for painting since childhood, influenced by his family. He learned from his father and had unique insights. After turning fifteen, he visited many renowned teachers. He once studied under Teacher Chen Desheng, and took correspondence courses at Tianjin Oriental Art College. He also studied painting under Sun Benchang, Han Wenlai, Huo Chunyang, Zhao Shusong, and Ma Qichang. Although he may consider himself a bit slow-witted, he has made significant progress. He studied at Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts and benefited from the guidance of various teachers. He delved into Western painting and was personally taught by Teacher Sun Jianping. Later, he studied at Tianjin Normal University. In the same year, he was recommended by Nankai University to study at Beijing Linxing Academy of Fine Arts through correspondence, from which he gained a great deal. Over the past nearly 30 years, he has been diligently engaged in painting. Sailing in the sea of ink, he has gained some insights. He is also proficient in poetry, seeking to achieve a state of understanding in his works. He can express interesting charm with his brushwork. When practicing calligraphy and painting, he can even create with both hands. He integrates "poetry, calligraphy, painting, and seal carving" into one, striving to surpass the artistic conception of Wang Wei and reach the realm of breaking through the "Four Wonders". Time waits for no one, so he is committed to innovation and learning from nature, with a natural sense of fun in his works. He makes friends with renowned artists through art and regards spreading the quintessence of Chinese culture as his lifelong aspiration.
1999年参加迎澳门回归书画展荣获三等奖，庆建国50周年书画展荣获优秀奖，现为天津市静海县书画院会员。
2008参加上海“世博会”书画展，全国书画展。
2009年参加出山网首届“黄河魂“书画展荣获最佳优胜奖被聘为北京黄河文化书画院院士。
2010年成为中国国际书画协会会员。
2011年入选“中华文化名人堂”授予“中华文化名人”荣誉称号；聘为中华文化研究院“艺术顾问”；
2012年中国人民美术网刘慧明国际工作室建立，受聘为中国国际青少年书画家协会理事。
2013年被中原书画院评为2013年当代中国德艺双馨书画家荣誉证书和奖牌；
2015年受邀北京东方翰林书画院出版个人书画专辑《中华书画名家》当代最具收藏价值艺术名家。
2016年中国书画市场研究中心评定为“一级美术师”艺术职称，艺术职务“签约书画家”。
2017年第四届当代中国书画艺术家作品邀请赛荣获一等奖，代表作品编入《中国书画艺术市场年鉴》【精编版】，同时授予“当代中国最具收藏及投资价值书画家”资格称号。
2018年受邀中国集邮文化中心网、国韵风华（北京）文化传播有限公司入选《新时代新丝路》中国当代书画名家限量版珍藏邮册。
2018年受邀中国国际集邮网热烈庆祝开革开放40周年大型文献类珍藏册启航新时代中国当代书画领军人物刘慧明大型文献类珍藏邮册。

In 1999, he participated in the Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition to Welcome the Return of Macau and won the third prize. He also won the Excellence Award in the Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition to Celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the Founding of the People's Republic of China. Currently, he is a member of the Jinghai County Calligraphy and Painting Academy in Tianjin. In 2008, he participated in the calligraphy and painting exhibitions of the Shanghai World Expo and the national calligraphy and painting exhibition. In 2009, he participated in the first "Soul of the Yellow River" calligraphy and painting exhibition of the Chushan Network, won the Best Excellence Award, and was appointed as an academician of the Beijing Yellow River Culture Calligraphy and Painting Academy. In 2010, he became a member of the China International Calligraphy and Painting Association. In 2011, he was selected into the "Hall of Chinese Cultural Celebrities" and awarded the honorary title of "Chinese Cultural Celebrity". He was also appointed as the "Art Consultant" of the Chinese Culture Research Institute. In 2012, the Liu Huiming International Studio was established on the Chinese People's Art Network, and he was appointed as a director of the China International Youth Calligraphers and Painters Association. In 2013, he was eva luated by the Central Plains Calligraphy and Painting Academy and received the honorary certificate and medal of "Contemporary Chinese Calligrapher and Painter with Both Morality and Art in 2013". In 2015, he was invited by the Beijing Oriental Hanlin Calligraphy and Painting Academy to publish his personal calligraphy and painting album "Famous Chinese Calligraphers and Painters", and was recognized as a contemporary artist with the most collection value. In 2016, he was eva luated as having the artistic title of "First-Class Artist" and the artistic position of "Contract Calligrapher and Painter" by the Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Market Research Center. In 2017, he won the first prize in the Fourth Invitational Competition of Contemporary Chinese Calligraphers and Painters' Works. His representative works were included in the "Yearbook of the Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Art Market" (Compiled Edition), and he was also awarded the qualification title of "Contemporary Chinese Calligrapher and Painter with the Most Collection and Investment Value". In 2018, he was invited by the China Philatelic Culture Center Network and Guoyun Fenghua (Beijing) Cultural Communication Co., Ltd. to be included in the limited edition collection stamp album of Chinese Contemporary Calligraphers and Painters titled "New Era, New Silk Road". In 2018, he was invited by the China International Philatelic Network. To warmly celebrate the 40th anniversary of reform and opening up, a large-scale documentary collection stamp album was published, featuring Liu Huiming, a leading figure in contemporary Chinese calligraphy and painting in the new era. In 2019, Liu Huiming's calligraphy and painting works were engraved in the New Great Wall Cultural Park, and were reported by nine websites, including Toutiao, UC, Sohu, NetEase, Tencent, JianShu, Hexun.com, Yidianzixun, and ifeng.com. In the same year, Toutiao reported on "Picking Treasures in the Art World - Appreciation of Liu Huiming's Works". In 2021, "Reopening a Prosperous Era and Creating Glories Together" - Chinese contemporary art masters presented gifts to the Two Sessions, featuring Liu Huiming. In 2022, he won the Gold Award in the National Poetry, Calligraphy, Painting and Seal Engraving League Competition of the "New Journey". In 2023, the personal exclusive calligraphy and painting calendar of Liu Huiming was published by CETV (China Education Television) with the theme of "Splashing Ink with Chinese Sentiments". He was awarded the honorary title of "Works with the Most Collection Value" and a crystal trophy. In 2024, he participated in the national calligraphy and painting competition held by the Hangzhou Calligraphy and Painting Academy, won the Special Gold Award in the art group of the "Magnificent Rivers and Mountains of China" national calligraphy and painting competition, and won the silver award in the calligraphy group of the national calligraphy and painting competition. In the same year, he was invited by the Intangible Cultural Heritage Research Institute, appointed as an academician, and was issued an honorary certificate and an honorary plaque, which was publicly announced on the official website and reported on the official WeChat account.
